Distance selling.

Under the Distance Selling Regulations, buyers have a period of 7 working days after the date of delivery within which they can cancel the Order and get their money back.

If you have purchased this item and change your mind and wish to return it, you'll be permitted to do so, provided the following conditions are met You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return the item. 

No refund will be given If any security seals are broken. 

It must be returned in 'as new' or 'In as sold' condition within 7 days of delivery.

You mustn't damage the box, packaging, or item (If with original packing).

Free gifts, additional accessories and documentation that came with the goods must also be returned.

Where the goods are not faulty or wrongly delivered by us the goods must be returned at your cost. If you are not able to return the goods we can arrange to collect the goods and deduct the direct cost from the refund. 

An item must be in the same condition as when received ALL leads remotes etc must be included any missing item/s will be charged at cost.
